SEO that survivesthe next algorithmupdate.
Rankings are a byproduct. The work is making your site the most useful, fastest and most obviously credible answer to the questions your buyers actually type.
Most SEO engagements fail for one of three reasons: the site cannot be crawled properly, the content answers questions nobody is asking, or nobody can tell whether any of it is working. I start by ruling out all three.
The first two weeks are diagnosis — a full technical crawl, a log-file review where server access allows, a keyword and intent map built from your actual pipeline rather than a volume export, and an honest look at whether competitors are winning on substance or on links. You get the findings as a prioritised document, not a 200-tab spreadsheet.
After that it is execution in small batches: fix what is broken, publish what is missing, earn the links that make it stick, and measure against pipeline and revenue rather than vanity rankings.

The work, specifically.
Technical SEO audit & fixes
Crawlability, indexation, architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data, internal linking and JavaScript rendering — diagnosed, prioritised by impact, shipped with your developers or by me.
Content & topical authority
A keyword-to-intent map built from your sales conversations, then a cluster plan, briefs your writers can execute, and the comparison and bottom-of-funnel pages that convert rather than just rank.
Digital PR & link earning
Links that would survive a manual review: data studies, on-chain or market research, expert commentary, founder-led PR and genuine partnerships. No PBNs, no bought links, no shortcuts that become next year’s problem.
Local & multi-location SEO
Google Business Profile optimisation, location page architecture, citation cleanup and review generation — the difference between ranking nationally and being found for a specific micro-market.
Reporting that answers the question
One dashboard tying organic sessions to leads, pipeline and revenue, annotated with every algorithm update and every change we shipped, so causality is arguable rather than guessed.
Migrations & recovery
Replatforming, domain moves and redesigns handled with a redirect map and a staging QA pass — or, if traffic is already gone, a forensic audit to find what changed and when.
How I think about SEO.
Search is a compounding asset, so the discount rate matters. A page that ranks in month four is still earning in year three; a campaign stops the day the budget does. That is why I would rather spend a month fixing a crawl problem than a month publishing posts on top of it.
I also refuse to treat intent as a keyword list. The useful unit is the question a buyer is asking and how close they are to deciding — which is why comparison, alternatives and pricing pages usually matter more than another post about industry trends. In Web3 that means asset and protocol explainer pages; in real estate, micro-market and project pages; in fashion, occasion and fit language rather than product-name volume.
On AI search: LLM answers and AI overviews are pulling clicks off the results page, and the response is not panic. It is being the source that gets cited — clear entity signals, original data, structured content, and a brand people search for by name.
How long does SEO take to work?
Technical fixes can move things within weeks. New content typically takes three to four months to reach a stable position, and compounding is most visible from month six. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is either buying links or bidding on your brand term.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No, and nobody credible does — Google does not sell that and cannot be made to. What I commit to is a defined scope, a transparent measurement setup, and monthly honesty about what is and is not working.
Is SEO worth it in Web3 and crypto?
Unusually so. Most of the category spends on paid, influencers and listings, which leaves the organic layer wide open — explainer, comparison and asset pages routinely outrank far larger competitors. The constraints are technical (JavaScript-heavy apps) rather than competitive.
Will you work with my existing developers and writers?
Preferably. I write the tickets and briefs, review the output and QA the release. Teams that build the capability in-house get far more from the engagement than teams that outsource it forever.
Do you do SEO for local and multi-location businesses?
Yes — a lot of the real estate work is exactly this. Google Business Profile, proximity, reviews and location architecture matter far more than blog volume, and I scope it separately from national or product SEO.
Works even better with…
SEO brings the traffic. Conversion work makes it pay, paid ads let you test messages in days instead of months, and brand is what makes people click your result over the one above it.
